Chattri is a micro Scheduled Tribe community of India and the author has taken the initiative to write about their culture to secure their original rights, which they are still deprived of. I feel very happy while writing the introduction to this book written by Author Shri Omprakash S. Bone. Even today, Indian tribes have adopted nature in the form of Dhanvantari medicine and deity. This book is not an effort made only by sitting in libraries, or by surfing the internet. This book has been written by the author after collecting knowledge based on visits to the area. Prior to this, the author has published so many informative works on different Scheduled Tribes of India. Even after retirement from Indian Railways, his efforts to provide natural justice to the Chattri Scheduled Tribe community in an unbroken manner.
